Delivery Policy

Order Lead Time

For all orders transacted on our website, we require at least 3 days lead time. Should you require any urgent delivery, do WhatsApp us @ 8897 4235 to enquire on the availability.
 

Delivery charges
 
Flat rate of $15 per location for order less than $80.
 
We do provide delivery to Tuas, Jurong Island (Security Guardhouse), Sentosa with extra charge of $10 per location. 

During festive period (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.), there might be a delivery surcharge depending on our logistic partners’ arrangement. 
 
Self Pick up (By appointment Only)
Kindly WhatsApp @ 8897 4235 for pick up location. 

Delivery time-frame

Delivery time will be between 9 am - 6 pm on Monday - Saturday. There will be no delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.
 
Delivery locations
 
Our third-party courier delivers island wide in Singapore, except for the following locations:
  • All army bases
  • Airline Road
  • Changi Airport
  • Hospitals
 

Common delivery issues
The logistics partner will hand over the flower/Gift Box to whoever is available to accept it on behalf of the recipient. Should no one is available to accept it, our logistics partner will leave it at the doorstep. Should we leave the flower/Gift Box at the doorstep, a photo will be taken and sent to the recipient (if the order stated the recipient contact no) as verification that we have delivered the item. Do note that BLISS BITES will not be held liable for the following conditions (not limited to):
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Missing unit number
  • No such person upon delivery
  • The recipient is not in at the time & place of delivery
  • Invalid contact number given
  • The recipient did not answer the phone
  • The recipient requested the delivery courier to wait more than 15 minutes
  • The recipient did not receive the item because the flowers/Gift Box was given to another person (e.g. receptionist) or placed at the doorstep due to any of the above
  • Loss/damage of flowers due to any of the above
     
The buyer will be charged $15 for the redelivery attempt. 
 
Tracking of delivery
Delivery is done by a 3rd party logistics company. An SMS will be sent to the recipient's mobile no. to confirm the delivery. If you intend to surprise the recipient, you can indicate your contact number instead of the recipient’s contact number.
